We offer our time and attention to do these updates for you.
Performance optimizations support
Similarly to the security support - this service can be done one-time only or carried out regularly as a timely service.
When the performance support and optimization is carried out one-time only, we look at your code, database queries and other factors that would be a room for improvement for your performance, and we profile the possible steps you can take to optimize the performance of your website.
On the other hand, when we provide performance support as a service for a period of time, we actually monitor a set of factors that would need optimizations. During the monitoring, we notify you on cases of issues, or directly solve the problem if it’s severe. This type of performance support is usually a follow up service we offer to our clients with portal website.
General technical support
This type of support is usually including content management for your websites, styling changes in the CSS, small changes in the scripts and others. It does not offer building new functionalities for our website, nor extending its logic. It is provided as a pre-framed number of hours in which we are available to apply small modifications on your websites or upload content if you don’t have technical staff in your company. The price for this service very much depend on the response time the client requires for fixing the reported issues and changes on the website.
